Arrival & Check-In
Graduates must arrive by 12:00 PM for check-in, cap & gown pickup, and lineup. Guests may begin arriving at 2:00 PM.
Important Deadlines
Ceremony Instructions
- Doors open to guests at 2:00 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 2:30 PM.
- All guests must present a printed or digital ticket at the entrance.
- Photography and video are encouraged for guests; please remain seated during the ceremony.
- Parking is available in the lot in front of the building and along the street.
- A reception will follow the ceremony for graduates and their guests.

Graduate & Guest Information
Each graduate may bring up to 12 guests at no additional charge. Additional guests beyond the included 12 are $20 per person. Guest names must be submitted through The W Student Portal by the deadline.

Cap & Gown
Cap & gown orders are placed through The W Student Portal. Cap & gown distribution takes place during graduate check-in on the day of the ceremony. Late orders may incur a rush fee.

Guest & Family Store
Family members and guests can purchase graduation tickets and cap & gown packages directly—no student portal login required. Orders are paid by card and tickets are emailed as PDFs with QR codes. Free graduate ticket allowances and graduation-only items are only available through the signed-in Student Hub.
